Let’s work together to achieve your goals! We’ll plan a time to chat for about 15-30 minutes (no commitment necessary!) and get to know where you’ve been, where you are, and where you’d like to be in your fitness journey. After that, we’ll operate through the app TrueCoach and get our journey started!
This is a great option for someone with any level of experience!
PERSONAL TRAINING:
If you are located in the Hudson Valley, I offer personal training! Sessions are generally 1 hour long, but the timing and content of the session is flexible. I can also offer at-home work-outs or outdoor-based sessions!
If you have no experience at all, I can help you get started in forming fitness habits that will last, and truly make a difference. You don’t have to come in with any plan or prior knowledge. If you don’t motivate well by yourself, I can give you the push you need on hard days!
This session is your time to work at your goals, and do something amazing for yourself!
I am training clients at Sport of Iron, located inside of the Hudson Valley Mall in Kingston, NY.
KIDS AND TODDLERS:
KIDS AND TODDLERS (ages 3-6) SPORTS READINESS AND STRENGTH BUILDING CLASSES!
1 Hour of physical fitness, social-emotional development, and FUN! Tailored to your child’s age and development. Think of these sessions as Personal Training sessions for your kiddo!
Outdoor based workouts at your home or local park! (Happy to travel to many places in the Hudson Valley; Kingston, Accord, New Paltz, Saugerties, Rhinebeck, Red Hook, Woodstock, Millbrook, Germantown, Hudson, Catskill, Stone Ridge, Poughkeepsie, Hyde Park, Newburgh, etc.!)
Options include 1-on-1 classes for your child, Small Group classes, or Parent-Child classes. Parent-Child Yoga Group Classes are also available!
These classes can be scheduled at any time on weekdays, and I also have some limited availability on Saturdays and Sundays!
Pricing is $40/session for an individual class with 1 kid ($70 for 2 kids, or $100 for 3 kids!)
POWERLIFITNG COACHING:
My remote powerlifting programming and coaching is great for someone brand new to the sport, looking to get started!
We’ll start by fine-tuning the Squat, Bench, and Deadlift form while gaining general strength. We’ll build your confidence and technical abilities to get you ready to get on the platform, hit new Personal Bests, or just get more familiar in a new modality!
Remote coaching includes meet prep, and meet-day coaching/handling at no extra charge (if you’re located locally). If you are not located locally (the North East) we can talk about different options for meet day! No matter what, I will be there with you every step of the way in some capacity.
Powerlifting is my passion and I cannot wait to share it with you!
